- Satisfaction. Guaranteed. Period. If at any point you have ANY issues, wany portion of your order, whether it's a custom order, a shop order, ANYTHING - you are encouraged to reach out. Regardless of circumstance, it will be made right!
- Artists that partner with VCE simply provide their art to be used. That's it. VCE prints it, does QC, the artist approves each final sticker/design, and then the profits for each sale are split evenly. Artists still retain full ownership of their art and are at no obligation to keep it on the store or available for purchase - they can remove it at any time. 50/50 profit splitting does mean a *very* small amount is deducted from each sale before it is considered "profit" - this amount literally only covers the bare-bones material cost, it does not include ANY overhead or labor. VCE has a very strict full-transparency pricing policy with all artists. VCE handles all of the shipping, fulfillment, warranty, all of it!
